All it takes is one call or email from you. We ensure a clear understanding of your requirements as regards to date, location, number of delegates and the budget for the event. We’ll then come back with options which match your requirements as quickly as you need.
A clear and informative quotation with details and rates for each venue is then sent to you. Once you’ve decided which you prefer, we’re happy to set up viewing appointments with the appropriate person at the venue if you’d like to visit.
When you’ve selected the perfect venue, we then confirm the booking on your behalf. Many people then prefer to start building a rapport with the hotel directly, however we are still on hand to help and advise where necessary – we will do as much or as little as you require.
